How to get here?
Starting point of our tours is convenient Campbell River on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
By Air
Most of our guests fly into Vancouver and then take a domestic flight into Campbell River. Or fly into Vancouver and then rent a car and drive to Vancouver Island.
There a couple great small airlines who fly from the mainland to the island. Or have a look at float planes.

To get to the island by car, you must take a ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo.

By Car
Set your navigation system to Campbell River, Vancouver Island BC. Once in Campbell River we will pre-meet you the night before your adventure tour with us. More detailed information plus full trip information package will be emailed to you upon booking.
Where to park your vehicle for the duration of your tour?
We offer FREE pick up and DROP OFF in the morning of your tour from your hotel/motel in Campbell River.
If you travelling by car, truck or RV and you do not know where to park your vehicle for the duration of your tour, we gladly offer you our home, located on the country side of Vancouver Island. Nothing fancy, but save and has no public access.
Where to stay prior and/or after our trip with us?
If you are looking for some accommodation to stay prior or after your trip with us, we love to recommend the following:

Do you have your own RV and don’t need a fancy resort/hotel to stay prior your trip with us? Why not park your RV here on our farm at our head quarters in Black Creek? We have power hook up, you can use our laundry facility including washer and dryer plus you can catch a ride with us straight from here to Orca Camp. Small fee applies. Please contact us for leaving your car, RV or camping van with us.
What to bring?
A full trip information package including packing list, will be emailed to you upon booking.
Do you rent sleeping bags?
Please bring your own sleeping bag if you can. If that is not an option, you can rent a sleeping bag from us to a extra rental fee of $45 per sleeping bag for the duration of your trip. Just make sure to let us know upon booking.
Can I bring alcohol?
The answer is yes. You may bring your own alcohol. Some of our tours provide wine and beer with dinner.
Do you offer vegan and/or vegetarian meals?
Yes! We cater to all dietary preferences and restrictions, such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free, sugar free etc. You will be asked to give us more information upon booking. Make sure to provide us will all your personal preferences, allergies and restrictions. Don’t like onions or pork, make sure to let us know!
Do you cater to celiac, food allergies and other dietary restrictions?
Yes, we do. Just make sure upon booking, to put all your information into our reservation form (you will see an extra section for this type of information).
Do you have double and single kayaks?
The answer is yes! We do offer double and single kayaks. Our maximum capacity per trip is 10 people. We have 3 double kayaks and 4 single kayaks available.
Can I bring my own gear?
Yes and no. If you would like to bring your own kayaks, tents, cooking and camping gear, then our tours are not the right trip for you. We offer all inclusive tours. But if you would like to bring your own paddle or PFD, or some of you personal snacks, please feel free to do so.
