By Air
Fly into Vancouver International Airport, then catch a domestic flight to Campbell River with airlines like Pacific Coastal Airline, WestJet, or CorilAir Charters.
By BC Ferry

By Car
Set your GPS to Campbell River. We’ll meet you the night before your tour for a pre-trip briefing.
Parking Options
Complimentary Pickup
Enjoy free pick-up and drop-off from your hotel/motel in Campbell River. Most hotels/motels will allow you park you vehicle for the duration of your tour.
Parking at Our Farm
If you’re driving, you can securely park your vehicle at our countryside location during your tour. Contact us for more information, as space may be limited.

What to Bring
Packing List: A detailed packing list will be sent to you upon booking.
Sleeping Bags

Feel free to bring your own beverages. Some custom tours include wine and beer with dinner.
Dietary Preferences
We accommodate all dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and food allergies. Please inform us when booking.
Kayaking Options
We provide both double and single kayaks, with a maximum capacity of 10 people per tour. Please note that kayaking may be subject to weather conditions. This is not a kayak expedition; kayaking is part of the overall experience.

While we schedule our tours during optimal weather and wildlife viewing times, we cannot guarantee specific weather conditions or wildlife sightings.
Realistic Expectations
We encourage all guests to approach this adventure with an open mind. Orca Camp is not a zoo or aquarium; it’s a vast territory inhabited by majestic killer whales, stretching from Alaska to Campbell River, you will found yourself in the wilderness of Vancouver Island, Canada combined by guides with over 20 years of experience.
Camp Location
Our base camp is situated on one of the many rubbing beaches on the north island, where you may encounter rain, clouds, fog, wind, and choppy seas.
Personal Gear
You’re welcome to bring your own paddle or PFD, but since our tours are all-inclusive, personal camping gear is not permitted.
